SCP-500 is an SCP Item that can fully heal the user. The item is quick to use and also applies a powerful regeneration effect while removing some status effects.

In Game

SCP-500 can be found in Bulletproof Locker №7s around the map, which require a keycard with both Containment Access 2 and Checkpoint Access Containment Access 2 and Checkpoint Access to open. Can be made in 914 using Adrenaline on fine or using First Aid Kit with 33% chance

When equipped, the user can press Left Click to consume a pill. Consuming a pill takes 1-2 seconds, and will completely restore the user's health, regardless of it's previous value and the user's class.

  • Fully heals the player.
  • Grants a regeneration that last 10 seconds and can heal up to 100 HP.
  • Removes the SCP-207 Infinite sprint and increased movement speed with health drain, Burned Increases the damage the player takes, Concussed Causes the players screen to get blurry when they turn, Posioned Damages the player over time and Deafen Makes it harder for the player to hear noises Status Effects.
  • Reduces the damage of the Bleeding Status Effect to its lowest possible value.

Escaping as a Class-D with at least 2 SCP Items in your inventory grants the Property of the Chaos Insurgency achievement.
Using SCP-500 when you are about to die grants the Crisis Averted achievement.
