The Adrenaline is a type of Treatment Item found in SCP: Secret Laboratory.

In Game

Adrenaline can be applied by pressing Left Click while equipped. It takes about two seconds to inject the item into the body upon which the following are applied to the user:

Grants 40 Artificial HP that drain at a rate of 1.2 AHP/s.
The Stamina Bar is restored to full to full
The Invigorated Status Effect is applied for eight seconds.
The Amnesia, Cardiac Arrest and Concussed Status Effects are removed from the player.

The former inventory icon of the Adrenaline, before the Parabellum (v11.0.0) update.

Trivia

The Adrenaline's model was changed in Parabellum (v11.0.0) to remove the model's needle. This was done on account of players with trypanophobia (The fear of needles).
- The animation was also changed where the player now injects their chest instead of their arm. Additionally, the usage time became a lot faster, with the original time being 2.5s.
When Adrenaline was first added in Megapatch II (v9.0.0), it used to give the user a powerful regen alongside AHP. This regeneration would be constant value for a short time before dropping down to much slower values. This regeneration last around 30 seconds in total. This was removed in the Parabellum update for balancing purposes.
During Alpha Builds of SCP: Secret Laboratory, Adrenaline was an item that could be spawned in via Console. It healed 40 HP when used. The item was removed upon full release.
