The '''Logicer''' (or the '''LGC5''') is a type of [[Weapons|Firearm]] in ''SCP: Secret Laboratory''. Its high rate of fire makes it great for quickly disposing of targets.
The '''Revolver''' is a [[Weapons|firearm]] found in ''SCP: Secret Laboratory'' that is primarily used by the [[Chaos Insurgent|Chaos Repressors]]. The weapon is very useful as a sidearm, though with the right attachment configuration it can act as a long range weapon. The weapon's power allows it to easily perform one tap headshots.

The Revolver spawns on [[Chaos Insurgent|Chaos Repressors]] as a secondary weapon.
=In Game=
The Revolver will always one tap headshot any human player that isn't wearing armor. By default the weapon has 65% armor penetration, making it somewhat effective against armored foes. With the .44 AP Mag attachments, bullet penetration is increased by 85%, making it extremely effective against foes with armor. Equipping the .44 AP Mag with either the Medium or Long Barrel will allow the Revolver to always one tap human player heads, regardless of what [[Armor]] they are wearing (or not).  
The Logicer has a low hip fire accuracy but a high ADS fire accuracy, making the weapon extremely efficient when aim-firing. It is a very heavy weapon, so any form of movement causes the hip fire accuracy to become practically uncontrollable. In general, the weapon is best to use while standing still or aiming down sights. The Laser attachment can help make the hip fire accuracy a lot more manageable, at the cost of enemies being able to see the laser, thus giving your position away. The Logicer has a very small firing delay due to it being an open bolt firearm. This delay is about 0.05s long.
The default .44 FMJ bullets cannot one tap headshot players wearing any armor unless that armor is the [[Light Armor]]; even then, the Revolver must have the Long Barrel to do so.


The Revolver has two modes: ''Double-Action'' and ''Single-Action''. By default the Revolver is in ''Double-Action'' mode. When in ''Double-Action'' mode, the player must hold {{Key Press|Leftclick}} for 0.1s to fire. If the player presses {{Key Press|Middleclick}}, the Revolver switches to ''Single-Action'' mode. Simply pressing {{Key Press|Leftclick}} will achieve nothing, unlike all the other guns in the game.<br>
The Logicer is an open bolt gun, unlike the other automatic weapons found in game. Because of this, the weapon cannot store an extra bullet in its chamber. This also means that dry firing the weapon with zero bullets, will cause its bolt go to a closed position. This in turn makes the reload animation slightly longer as now the bolt has to be moved back into an open position. If the player unequips the Logicer to cancel the reloading animation after the bolt was moved back into an open position, the bolt will stay in its open position after the player re-equips it.  
In ''Single-Action'' mode the Revolver has a much faster firerate and is more accurate. The downside of this mode is that the player has to manually cock the Revolver's hammer with {{Key Press|Middleclick}} each time they want to fire in this mode, thus giving an overall lower fire-rate.
Keeping track of the remaining ammunition in the weapon is key to avoid dry firing the weapon. The ammo belt on the Logicer can be used as a frame of reference to tell when the firearm is almost depleted. Additionally the Ammo Counter Sight attachment can be used for a more precise measurement.


The Revolver has three different cylinders:
The Logicer's rounds are fairly limited as only Chaos Riflemen, Repressors and Conscripts spawn with them, and they don't spawn in [[Site-02]]. Therefore, the only way to gain more Logicer rounds is to pick them up from deceased Chaos Insurgents, or using SCP-914.<br>
- The default 6-shot cylinder with 6 FMJ bullets
Holding down the {{key Press|E}} key on a player with the firearm equipped will [[Inventory Mechanics#Disarming|disarm]] the player.
- The 4-shot cylinder with 4 AP bullets
- The 8-shot cylinder, which contains 8 FMJ bullets but causes the 0.1s fire delay to be increased.


With the right attachment configurations, the Revolver can act as a powerful, primary weapon with long range that can one tap headshot any target. The downsides to these configurations are the gun being heavier, a lower amount of bullets (through the AP cylinder), a slower firerate (when using the large cylinder or ''Single-Action'') and an extended equip time. This makes it extremely ineffective as a sidearm or in close combat.

The Revolver's rounds are fairly limited, as [[Chaos Insurgent|Chaos Repressors]] spawn with them, and can be found nowhere else within Site-02. Therefore, the only way to gain more Revolver rounds is to pick them up from deceased [[Chaos Insurgent|Chaos Insurgents]], or using [[SCP-914]].

The Logicer (or the LGC5) is a type of Firearm in SCP: Secret Laboratory. Its high rate of fire makes it great for quickly disposing of targets.

Operational Guide Entry

A powerful light machine gun (LMG), issued in small numbers by the Insurgency. With the remarkable ability to lay down suppressive fire, this 7.62 x 39 LMG can prove a valuable asset to an Insurgency squad.

Evident by how infrequently it’s used, the Insurgency only has a small number of them in their possession.

This remains an assumption.

“The Insurgency’s use of LMGs may be infrequent, but it remains fascinating. We only have a few recovered examples. It appears that these LMGs were originally chambered in an entirely different cartridge (most likely 7.62 x 51 NATO) before being retrofitted to 7.62 x 39. The reason behind this is likely for the sake of a shared ammo supply with the Insurgency’s rifles. However, that doesn’t explain why they didn’t just adopt a new LMG for the cartridge.   • Sketch Fab Link
  • The inside of the Logicer says "$400,000/12s".
    • This is a reference to a line said by the Team Fortress 2 Heavy Weapons Guy in a YouTube video titled "Meet the Heavy".
  • The Logicer's barrel will slowly heat up if the player fires for awhile.
    • This is purely a visual change and has no relevance to gameplay.
  • Despite the H&K MG5 using 7.62x51mm NATO rounds, the Logicer in-game uses 7.62x39mm rounds.
    • This was done as having two different types of 7.62mm rounds in game could lead to confusion.
  • Scanning the QR Code on the Red Dot Sight will take players to the following YouTube video.
  • The Dot Sight for the Logicer is based off of the Hensoldt ZO 4x30i Intermediate Range Targeting Optic.
