The Shelving Unit is a type of Structure found in SCP: Secret Laboratory.

In Game

The Shelving Unit is a unique type of Structure found in game as it is split into two types: Decorative and Non-Decorative. Decorative Shelving Units make up a majority of the ones found around the map. These ones will never spawn loot and can be identified by the clutter of props on them. Decorative Shelving Units can spawn as apart of random clutter.

Non-Decorative Shelving Units have a 30% chance for loot to spawn on their shelves. These Shelving Units can be identified by the lack of non-interactive props filling up their shelves and can be reached by the player with normal means.

The two types of Shelving Units are considered separate objects by the game. With the loot being directly tied to the Non-Decorative Shelving Unit and not the room.
