In Game

The Fragmentation Grenade is a throwable explosive device used to deal damage or finish of opponents within its blast radius.

Usage

By pressing Left Click, the grenade can be thrown a long distance.

By pressing Right Click, the grenade can be thrown a short distance.

After throwing it takes 5 seconds before the grenade goes off, the grenade will blink and ping more frequently the closer it is to going off.

Fragment

The grenade does more damage the closer it is to the opponent, if it is more than a hallway length away it will do no damage, closer than 1/3 is an instant kill.

Note that doors block all damage and get destroyed if a grenade explodes near them.

The Fragmentation Grenade's blast can also push other items and can set off other fragmentation grenades, which could in some situations cause a chain-reaction of multiple grenades going off and along with the push from the blast it can catch some players off-guard.

Fragmentation grenades are highly lethal to SCP-objects, they also ignore SCP-106's damage reduction, making him one-shot with grenades.

Spawning

  • 3 in the LCZ armory
  • On all NTF operatives except the Cadet
