SCP-079 is one of the PlayableSCPs playable SCP classes in SCP: Secret Laboratory.
SCP-079 is a rapidly-evolving AI in a small computer that can control facility functions remotely. <br>
SCP-079 acts as a support class SCP with abilities primarily focused on assisting other SCPs. Despite this, a competent SCP-079 player can often be one of the most dangerous SCPs in-game.<br>
The chances of SCP-079 spawning is based on the amount of SCPs in a given round.<br>
The probability of SCP-079 spawning in a given round are as follows:
*Selected as the 1st SCP - 0%
*Selected as the 2nd SCP - 20%
*Selected as the 3rd SCP - 40%
*Selected as the 4th SCP - 60%

SCP-079 and SCP-096 can never spawn in the same round.
In Game
After booting up, SCP-079 will automatically be controlling the camera directly pointing at them in their chamber. With access to Site-02's security systems, SCP-079 is capable of
navigation and interacting with the systems around Site-02 for their own gain.

The security cameras around Site-02 serve as SCP-079's mode of navigation. <br>
SCP-079 displays a HUD unique to other classes in the game. The upper left of SCP-079's screen will display the room SCP-079 currently is in. The upper right will list current abilities that can be performed and their cost. The bottom left is a notification panel, notifying the player when the gain EXP, level up or when an Emergency Power Station is booting up. Finally, the bottom right is SCP-079's EXP and AP Bar. Showing how much EXP until level up and the current Access Power of SCP-079. Icons will appear on the HUD to show doors and cameras SCP-079 can interact with.

SCP-079 can talk to other SCP players using Q, regardless of the distance.<br>
SCP-079 can see people who are wearing SCP-268.

If SCP-2176 is thrown into a room and SCP-079 was currently operating a camera in said room, they will become stunned for eight seconds, preventing them from using any of their abilities. Their AP bar will become completely drained after the effect ends. SCP-2176 thrown in the Surface Zone will also stun SCP-079 if they are operating any camera in the zone.
Re-containment
SCP-079 is invulnerable to all forms of conventional weaponry, including explosives, the Micro H.I.D., SCP-244's Fog and the 3-X Particle Disruptor.<br>
<div style="white-space:normal; font-size:15px">Instead, SCP-079 has a recontainment system that is performed by powering up three Emergency Power Stations, also known as Generators, and then pushing a button inside SCP-079's containment chamber. Each Emergency Power Station requires a Keycard with to unlock.</div>
Afterwards, the lever can be flipped to start a countdown until the station is fully activated. SCP-079 will be given a warning when an Emergency Power Station is booting up.
Any player, besides SCP-079, can cancel the boot-up process by flipping the lever once more. While off, the timer will slowly tick back up.
Once a station is fully powered up it can no longer be disabled.

After all three Emergency Power Stations are activated, an Overcharge of the Heavy Containment Zone will commence. This will forcefully disconnect SCP-079 from Site-02's systems and hard-resets the HCZ servers. The player controlling SCP-079 is then set to spectator as SCP-079 is successfully recontained. Due to the overcharge process simply disconnecting SCP-079 from the systems, they do not actually die from the process. The overcharge process will automatically happen if SCP-079 is the only SCP remaining. Any remaining instances of SCP-049-2 will not prevent the automatic start.

It is impossible to access SCP-079's containment chamber until all three Emergency Power Stations are activated. It may still be useful to activate them if no SCP-079 spawned as SCP-079's containment chamber contains an armory full of loot.

The Alpha Warhead will terminate SCP-079 if it successfully detonates.

SCP-079 can be killed via certain Status Effects, such as Severed Hands, if applied to them via Remote Admin.
<br clear=all>

Abilities
SCP-079 has many abilities it can use to interact with the facility around them. These abilities are performed by interacting with icons that appear on SCP-079's HUD or via Hotkeys.<br>
SCP-079 will gain small amounts of EXP from using these abilities but will gain large amounts of EXP if a player dies near a door or elevator that SCP-079 recently interacted with. Abilities cost a set amount of Auxiliary Power (AP) to perform. Attempting to perform an ability with an insufficient amount of AP will cause a small warning appear in the center of the screen about the lack of AP. This warning will also give the amount of time until SCP-079 has enough AP. If the required amount of AP to peform an action is greater than the current max SCP-079 can have, a unique warning will pop up saying "HIGHER TIER REQUIRED". Currently, this can not be seen under normal gameplay.

The upper right corner of SCP-079's screen will display the current abilities SCP-079 can perform. The boxes will always be shown in this corner and will only display what cameras SCP-079 can move to and their AP Cost. Other interactions will appear under these boxes when available.
<br clear=all>
Cameras
SCP-079 can change between nearby cameras by pressing Leftclick on a camera icon or using the keys. The W Key will transport SCP-079 to the closest camera they are looking at, while the keys will take SCP-079 to the connecting rooms. Switching cameras via the W will auto rotate that camera to the last direction SCP-079 was looking at, making it easy to move forward in the same direction. If said camera is unable to rotate enough, then it will simply rotate its max amount. Clicking on the icons on the top right of its screen will also take SCP-079 to the corresponding room. Cameras that lead to a different room or zone will have an external icon above them to represent this fact. Using the Scroll Wheel, SCP-079 can zoom in with their camera. A short animation will play when switching to a different zone.

Cameras are operated by moving the mouse towards the edge of the screen, slowly moving the camera in that direction. Holding down the Spacebar centers the camera on the mouse instead, allowing for faster camera movement but making it harder to interact with the facility. The settings in the main menu include an option to make Spacebar toggle between these two camera movement options, allowing one to press Spacebar once to change between them.<br>
Cameras produce small noises while used. This sound, while quiet, can be heard by other players.<br>
A camera not currently used by SCP-079 will have its lights be in the color , while one being currently operated will be in color.

The amount of AP to change cameras varies based on distance. Hovering a mouse over a camera icon will display its name and AP cost in the upper right corner under the WSAD Boxes. <br>
While a small detail, the camera icons will change to represent the corresponding security camera model.

There are three different types of cameras found around Site-02. Light Containment Zone is home to sleek and modern cameras and makes minimal noise. The cameras have a smooth zoom feature that goes up to a max of 4.0x. <br>
The Heavy Containment Zone and Surface Zone contain older-style cameras. These cameras are less sleek and produce very clanky noises, slightly louder than the cameras in Light Containment Zone. The zoom on these cameras lacks the smoothness of LCZ cameras. Capable of only being set to 1.0x, 2.0x, or 4.0x. On Surface Zone, these are increased to 1.0x, 4.0x, and 8.0x.<br>
Entrance Zone cameras are sleek and make minimal noise like the cameras found in Light Containment Zone. Unlike the previous cameras, they are hemisphere in shape and support a wide range of rotation.
These cameras support a smooth zoom up to a max of 3.5x.

An active instance of SCP-244 in a room will freeze over the security cameras, making it harder for SCP-079 to see.
</gallery>

Surveillance Map
SCP-079 can open up a map by pressing the TAB Key, allowing SCP-079 to change cameras over a long distance. The current room SCP-079 is in will be displayed as a green color on the map while any rooms pulsing red represent an Emergency Power Station booting up.

The map allows SCP-079 to transfer to any room in Site-02 at any time, with the exception of the Alpha Warhead Silo and SCP-049's Containment Chamber. It costs 10 AP to switch between the different levels of Site-02, while changing between zones cost 20 AP. These two values will stack if SCP-079 changes between levels and zones at the same time. So, switching between Heavy Containment Zone and Entrance will cost 20 AP, while switching between Light Containment Zone and Heavy Containment Zone would cost 30 AP (20 AP for zone change + 10 AP for level change). <br>The AP cost for transferring between connected zones is as follows: LCZ <--30 AP--> HCZ <--20 AP--> EZ <--30 AP--> SZ.

Transferring between two zones that are not directly connected will still charge the AP cost for the in-between zones, plus an additional 10 AP penalty for zone skipping. For example, transferring from LCZ to EZ, will apply the 10 AP cost for level change, 20 AP cost of LCZ to HCZ, the 20 AP cost of HCZ to EZ, plus an additional 10 AP penalty for skipping over HCZ, totaling up to 60 AP. Another example is, transferring from LCZ to SZ, which will apply the 10 AP cost for the level change, 20 AP cost for LCZ to HCZ, 20 AP cost for HCZ to EZ, 20 AP cost for EZ to SZ and 20 AP penalty for skipping over HCZ and EZ. The 10 AP for level change can only be applied once during these calculations. <br>
It is more cost effective to not skip over zones.

*Heavy <---> SCP-049's Chamber:
*Heavy <---> Alpha Warhead Silo:
*Heavy <---> Entrance: (+ Rooms traveled)
*Entrance <---> Surface:
*Light <---> Heavy:
*Light <---> Entrance:
*Heavy <---> Surface:
*Light <---> Surface:

Target Counter
Like other SCPs, SCP-079 can see the amount of remaining human targets on their screen, but unlike the other SCPs, this ability will become more detailed over time. This ability is passive and requires no input from SCP-079.

*At Tier 1, the counter will display the following counters: Total Lifeforms, Targets and SCP Subjects.<br>
**Total Lifeforms is all currently alive players, while Targets are all currently alive humans besides Chaos Insurgents.
*At Tier 2, the counter will updated the display to include two new counters: Military and Civilian <br>
**Military includes MTF, Facility Guards and Chaos Insurgents. Civilian includes Class-D Personnel and Scientist.
*At Tier 3, the Military and Civilian counters are replaced with the following counters: Class-D Personnel, Scientist, Chaos Insurgency and Foundation Forces.
SCP-079's map has the added function of having an SCP Tracker. Rooms containing an active SCP instance will display a small orange blip on the map that becomes more detailed as SCP-079 levels up. This scanner will only include playable SCPs. This ability is passive and requires no input from SCP-079. The scanner will not show which floor an SCP is currently on in a given room. <br>
SCP-049-2 instances are not shown on the tracker.

At Tier 1, rooms containing a playable SCP will display a small, orange box in their center.<br>
At Tier 3, the box will now be replaced with an icon that shows the direction an SCP is facing. The room will also display if it contains multiple SCPs and roughly shows their current position in the room.<br>
At Tier 4, the name of SCPs will now be displayed under an icon.
Door Control
SCP-079 can interact with the doors around Site-02. Such as closing doors on Humans or opening a locked door for the SCPs. Doors are interacted with by hovering the mouse over the corresponding door icon. By default, opening/closing a door is performed with Leftclick while locking a door can be performed with the Rightclick Key. The amount of AP to open/close a door varies depending on the door, though most doors cost 5 AP. Locking a door will have an initial cost of 5 AP, while applying a AP drain rate of 3 AP/s. This drain rate will rapidly increase as the door remains locked. At four seconds the drain rate becomes 5 AP/s while at ten seconds it becomes 15 AP/s. All locked doors will become unlocked by hitting the R Key or if SCP-079 has run out of AP. A door recently unlocked will have a three-second cooldown, stopping the door from being locked again.
*5 AP - Non-Keycard Doors/Gates
*10 AP - Checkpoints; HCZ/EZ Checkpoint Side Area
*15 AP - Elevators
*30 AP - Intercom Broadcasting Center
*40 AP - SCP-096/SCP-106's Chambers, TC-01 Control Room
*50 AP - LCZ/HCZ Armories, SCP-914's Chamber
*60 AP - Armory in SCP-049's Chamber
*70 AP - Micro H.I.D. Storage
*80 AP - Gate-A/Gate-B

Tesla Gate
SCP-079 can force a Tesla Gate to zap at the cost of 40 AP. This ability has a five second cooldown and applies to all Tesla Gates in the map. Tesla Gates will begin their idle animation if SCP-079 is currently operating the camera in the room, even if no other players are in it.

Speakers
SCP-079 can use the Speakers located in the facility to directly talk to humans who are within range. By holding down the V key, SCP-079 will access the nearest available Speaker and be able to broadcast their voice. Using a Speaker will not use any AP, but will prevent AP from regenerating.

Ping System
SCP-079 can place a ping marker that can be seen by other SCPs. The ping lasts five seconds and has a cooldown of three seconds. SCP-079 can only place three pings at a time. Placing a new ping while three are already active will simply display an error telling the player they reached the max amount. The ping can be seen by the other SCPs, allowing a way for SCP-079 to communicate without a mic or to direct SCPs to a given room. The marker changes based on what SCP-079 pings.
Blackout
A Tier 2, SCP-079 unlocks the Blackout ability. The ability cost 15 AP and turns off the lights in a single room for 15 seconds. At Tier 3, SCP-079 gains the ability to blackout two rooms at once, with Tier 4 increasing this limit to four rooms. By default, this ability is performed by hitting the F Key. Cameras will automatically enable a Night-Vision mode during a Blackout, allowing SCP-079 to see easier. Cameras in Heavy Containment Zone and Surface Zone use the typical green military styled night vision while LCZ and EZ cameras use the white and black style commonly seen in public cameras.

SCP-2176 can be used to instantly end a Blackout in the given room.

Zone Blackout
At Tier 5, SCP-079 gains the Zone Blackout ability, allowing SCP-079 to blackout an entire zone for 60 seconds at the cost of 200 AP. It has a cooldown of 90 seconds, this cooldown is not applied to single room Blackout. The ability can only be performed while using the map by clicking the icon next to a zone's name. SCP-079 can blackout zones they are currently not in.

SCP-079 can not use this ability to Blackout Surface Zone. Instead, SCP-079 must travel to Surface Zone and perform a normal Blackout if they wish to disable the lights there.
<br clear=all>

Lockdown
At Tier 3, SCP-079 unlocks the Lockdown ability. The ability cost 100 AP and will lock all doors in a single room for 13 seconds. The ability has a cooldown of ten seconds. SCP-079 is unable to lockdown multiple rooms at once. SCP-079 can not regenerate any AP during a lockdown until they reach Tier 4. Though, the regeneration will be half. By default, this ability is performed by hitting the G Key.

SCP-2176 can be used to instantly end a Lockdown.
<br clear=all>

Breach Scanner
At Tier 4, SCP-079 hijacks the Breach Scanner function built into the security cameras. Normally used to track breached SCPs, SCP-079 uses the function to perform a scan throughout the current zone to search for any surviving humans. When a human is located, a loud alarm will play in the corresponding room and SCP-079 will be given an indicator of the alarm going off. The ability can be toggled on and off within SCP-079's map. Each zone marked for a scan will cut AP regen rate by 1/2 while the ability is active. The scan will happen every 20 seconds, when this time is up, SCP-079 will be notified if the scanner detected a human or not. SCP-079 has the option to filter out certain human classes from the scan.

When the ability is activated, each human in a zone marked for being scanned will have a hidden radius applied to them. After the 20 seconds are over, the game will choose any player who has not left their radius. The room with the chosen player will play a loud alarm, and SCP-079 will receive a notification telling them what class the human is and the room they are located in. SCP-079's map will update to show where the alarm went off. The circle that appears on the map represents the size of that human's radius.<br>
A human must be in their radius for 15 seconds to be marked by the scanner.

The size of a human's radius directly relates to how many enemies that human has. The more enemies they have, the smaller their radius. (i.e., the radius for a Class-D becomes smaller when their are multiple Facility Guards or MTF Units alive)

<br clear all>

Alpha Warhead Control
Soon
At Tier 5, SCP-079 has the ability to activate Site-02's Alpha Warhead at the cost of 200 AP. This unusual activation of the Alpha Warhead causes C.A.S.S.I.E.'s announcement of its activation to glitch out a lot. If the Alpha Warhead is detonated this way, SCP-079 will not get terminated, allowing them to still function on the Surface Zone. Recontaining the other SCPs will still lead to SCP-079 being recontained.

If SCP-079 is currently controlling a camera not on the Surface Zone when the Alpha Warhead detonates, they will be transferred to a camera on Surface Zone at no cost.

Experience Points
SCP-079 uses Experience Points to reach higher tiers. The current amount of EXP is represented by a bar in the bottom right corner of the HUD. SCP-079 gains EXP by performing specific actions, mostly related to assisting their fellow teammates. Every time the bar is filled up, SCP-079 goes up one tier, while the bar resets itself to zero. Each tier has a different required amount of EXP.

SCP Assistance
*Cutting off a human's escape path while being chased by an SCP will grant 5 EXP.
**Closing/Locking doors or sending away an elevator counts as cutting the human off.
**This only applies if the SCP is in within a distance of 20 meters and is moving towards them.
**There is a five second cooldown before SCP-079 can gain this type of EXP again.
*Protecting a teammate from being attacked will grant SCP-079 various amounts of EXP based on the number of attackers.
**SCP-079 must close and lock a door to protect the SCP.
**The teammate must take at least 100 damage for this to apply (Hume Shield doesn't count)
**One attacker - 10 EXP
**Two attackers - 15 EXP
**Three attackers - 25 EXP
**Four attackers - 40 EXP
**Five+ attackers - 60 EXP
*Saving an SCP from being hit by the Micro H.I.D. will grant 50 EXP.
**SCP-079 must close or lock a door to protect the SCP.
**Micro H.I.D. must be 80% charged.
**This reward will be given only once during the game.

Termination Assist
Trivia
*SCP-079 was temporarily removed from the game in version 1.0.0 due to many complaints about it being unfun and boring to play as. In Megapatch I (8.0.0), SCP-079 was added back to the game with a rework.
**Pre-rework SCP-079 had no AP or EXP. Instead, SCP-079 would have to hack a door, camera, or Tesla Gate to use it. The time varied depending on what was getting hacked, with some hacks taking up to 30 seconds. After hacking a door, a menu would pop up with actions to perform by using the number keys. Doors could only be locked if SCP-079's special ability was available and they would only be locked for a set time. SCP-079 could not interact with elevators.
**Pre-rework SCP-079 would turn the cameras with the keys and could zoom in with the scroll wheel.
**Pre-rework SCP-079 was not terminated with Emergency Power Stations and was instead terminated by shooting its monitor, which took about two shots.
**Pre-rework SCP-079 could be terminated in less than a minute if MTF got lucky with the random loot from Entrance Zone, as there was a small chance for the Cabinets in Walkway Office to have a Facility Manager Keycard in it.<br>
*The SCP Tracker at Tier 3 will display the location of SCPs who are currently noclipping out of bounds if they are still within the grid of a zone.
*SCP-079 was the first SCP to get a rework, completely changing SCP-079's mechanics as well as adding EXP and AP.<br>
*When SCP-079 was first re-implemented, there was a bug that caused the Alpha Warhead to not terminate SCP-079, making ending the round impossible to end in a Stalemate or MTF win.<br>
*SCP-079's model is based off a Synco CRT Monitor TM-1 200. SCP-079's model itself even says Pynco on it.
**SCP-079 displays a white X on its screen despite the fact the Synco CRT can only display green text.<br>
The developers are working on improving the model of the 3-X Particle Disruptor and how to make it fit into natural gameplay such as spawning. Because of this, 3-X Particle Disruptor can only be acquired via Remote Admin and SCP-914.<br>
<br>
The 3-X Particle Disruptor is a Fusion Weapon in SCP: Secret Laboratory. It is a powerful and rare weapon, effective towards both human and SCP targets.
__TOC__
In Game
The 3-X Particle Disruptor is a powerful weapon, capable of shooting only five times before malfunctioning, becoming unusable. The weapon does not shoot immediately, instead, it has a short wind-up animation as it charges up. The firearm will then emit a warning beep before shooting. Afterwards, the player will automatically reload, which takes nine seconds. <br>
Aiming through the sights shows a glitched screen displaying a zoomed in view. It has no available attachments.

Instead of bullets, the 3-X Particle Disruptor uses what is referred to as SCP Fusion Ammo (SFA). This is a clear liquid that, when mix with the blue catalyst, creates a chain reaction inside the firearm. After a short delay, the weapon fires a beam that deals 200 damage on direct hit. The beam entirely bypasses Armor, Artificial HP, and Hume Shield (other effects, like SCP-106's damage resistance, still apply). The weapon has an area of effect blast that allows it to still damage targets if a direct hit is missed.<br>
The beam is capable of destroying doors as well as setting off Grenades and SCP-018 at long range. The weapon also penetrates through glass a couple times, before shattering it.<br>
Terminated targets disintegrate floating upwards instead of falling. The 3-X Particle Disruptor is hitscan in practice, the trail like effect it creates does not need to line up with its targets.

The weapon's power makes it effective to kill a small group of people, but the long reloading time leaves the player open. Due to the fact that the 3-X PD bypasses a SCP's Hume Shield, it can be used in dealing permanent damage to a SCP, or possibly kill one on low health. The 3-X Particle Disruptor is also capable of destroying instances of SCP-244 and Tantrum puddles left behind by SCP-173.

The chain reaction created by the SFA and blue catalyst will eventually become too much for the firearm to handle. After five uses, the weapon will malfunction and the player will drop the weapon on the ground, where it then despawns immediately. SFA is not an obtainable item ingame, unlike other ammo types. <br>The SFA is located inside the weapon's magazine, while the catalyst is located inside the blue battery on the right side of the firearm.

Currently, the 3-X Particle Disruptor can only be acquired via Remote Admin or by putting the Micro H.I.D. on Coarse, though the latter is a small chance.
* The reticle on the sight screen, a circle with 3 radial lines, is similar to the SCP logo.
* Its design was inspired by the energy-based firearms used in very old versions of SCP: Secret Laboratory.
* Despite leaving no bodies behind, the death message for the 3-X Particle Disruptor is "molecularly disrupted".
* The inspect noises for the 3-X Particle Disruptor is from The Final Flash of Existence, the main theme of the game.
* The 3-X Particle Disruptor was added in the Xmas 2021 Event and could solely be found from SCP-2536.
** The concept of finding a new weapon in SCP-2536 is from its original file, where Class-D personnel found SCP-2536 during a breach and were gifted "anomalous weaponry."
*The 3-X Particle Disruptor's cartridge type, SCP Fusion Ammo, was originally a pickupable ammo type in older versions of the game used by the SBX7 Pistol and Epsilon-11 Standard Rifle.

*The former name of the FSP-9 was MP7.
*The FSP-9 was originally going to be replaced with a MP5 in 11.0.
**This was scrapped due to the MP5 not being considered modern enough for the game.
*Despite the MP7 using 4.6x30mm rounds, the FSP-9 uses 9x19mm.
The MTF-E11-SR is a type of firearm in SCP: Secret Laboratory. It acts as a fully automatic assault rifle great for long distance kills.
In Game
The MTF-E11-SR is a fully automatic assault rifle which MTF Captains and Sergeants spawn with. However, it can also be found in numerous places inside of the facility.

The MTF-E11-SR is a very customizable weapon due to how many attachments can be equipped on it. The weapon can be customized to be effective in long range combat or short range combat: long distance configurations are very useful on the Surface Zone, although a short-range or mid-range configuration is far more preferable for use within the facility.<br>
Due to the firearm being a rifle, it is very accurate for the first few shots but will quickly become inaccurate during continuous fire; this makes the weapon best used in short bursts instead of long sprays. <br>
The weapon also has very poor movement accuracy, making it best used when standing still, or using lighter attachment configurations. The laser attachment can partially negate this weakness. <br>
The high penetration of the weapon makes it very effective against armored targets. Using the drum magazine allows the rifle to fit into the role of a LMG, which can perform as the MTF's "budget" equivalent to the Logicer fielded by Chaos Repressors, although lacking in many aspects compared to the dedicated LMG.

Holding down the E key on a player with the firearm equipped will disarm the player.
SCP-173 is one of the PlayableSCPs playable SCP classes in SCP: Secret Laboratory.<br>
SCP-173 is a sculpture that is able to move at high speeds, but when looked at, will come to a complete stop.<br>
SCP-173 acts as an assassin class SCP, meant to quickly hunt down and eliminate a single target or small groups.
__TOC__
In Game
SCP-173 will spawn in its containment cell in Light Containment Zone. SCP-173 can't leave his cell right away as it is locked, to allow Class-D and Scientist some time to explore. After a short amount of time SCP-173 can leave his cell to begin killing humans in and around LCZ. SCP-173 can be controlled with to move, and Spacebar to jump, though 173's jump height is very low.

When SCP-173 isn't being observed, they can press Leftclick to snap player's necks. When being looked at, SCP-173 will cease all movement, a at which point, SCP-173 can use their Blink ability. This is done by holding Rightclick, which allow SCP-173 to charge up the ability. After it fully charges up, SCP-173 will see to show where they teleport to. The player then must release Rightclick to teleport, this will force humans to blink and kill the nearest human if they are in-range of where SCP-173 teleported to. The charge up time for the Blink ability changes depending on the amount of players looking at SCP-173. By default the time is three seconds, with 0.6 seconds added with each additional player looking at SCP-173. The timer will only factor in players looking at SCP-173 at the start of the countdown. Time will not be added to the timer while it is counting down. If SCP-173 has no more players looking at them, the timer will still count down for three more seconds. SCP-173 can still move around during this time. If timed correctly, SCP-173 can use this to blink right away if a player spots them.

Breakneck Speeds can be turned on by pressing Shift, which will make SCP-173 move a lot faster and increase blink distance by 1.5x, but be unable to kill players. It also cuts blink time in half, so it is now 1.5s plus 0.3 per additional player. This is useful to escape a sticky situation or move around the map quickly. This mode ends when the player presses Shift again. It also ends if SCP-173 is spotted, with a ten second of grace period where the ability is still activated. The ability has a 40 second cooldown or can be ended instantly by pressing. Breakneck Speeds has a 1.5 second grace period after being activated where it won't be disabled by pressing Shift again, this acts as a failsafe so players don't accidentally turn the ability off as soon as they use it.

Pressing the F key will make SCP-173 leave filth on the ground. This will give players the Stained Effect which reduces movement speed by 20% and makes players unable to sprint. After leaving the pool of filth, the Stained effect will last for two seconds before going away. If SCP-173 kills someone while they are under the effect, they will gain 100 Hume Shield. Tesla Gates will destroy nearby filth.

SCP-173 has bullet resistance similar to SCP-106, but unlike SCP-106, the bullet resistance isn't as high and the damage taken is based on the penetration of the weapon. Weapons with lower penetration will deal less damage than weapons with higher penetration. SCP-173 has an armor value of 60%, which is equal to Combat Armor.

SCP-173 can talk to the other SCPs by holding down the Q key. This voice chat can be heard by all SCPs no matter the distance.

At Tier 2, SCP-079 can Blackout a room for 60 AP, allowing SCP-173 to freely move.
This can be countered with the Flashlights such as the item or attachment or by using the Night Vision attachment.

Strengths and Weaknesses
<br>

Strengths:
*Instantly Kills.
*The Breakneck Speeds ability makes it easy to escape large armed groups.
*Tantrum ability is useful for ambushing as it slows humans down and makes them unable to sprint.
**Players who have the "Stained" effect from Tantrum will restore 100 Hume Shield when killed by SCP-173.
*Combos incredibly well with other SCPs, especially 079 and 096.
<br>

Weaknesses:
*Stops movement immediately upon being looked at.
*An incredibly easy target to armed forces, as it is completely immobile whilst being viewed.
*Incredibly vulnerable to the Micro-HID.
*Can be trapped in lockable rooms.
*The more players looking at SCP-173, the longer the Blink ability has to be charged up.
<br>
SCP-173 has bullet resistance similar to SCP-106, but unlike SCP-106, the bullet resistance isn't as high and the damage taken is based on the penetration of the weapon. Weapons with lower penetration will deal less damage than weapons with higher penetration. SCP-173 has an armor value pf 60%, which is equal to Combat Armor.

<br>

<br>

<br>

SCP-106 is one of the PlayableSCPs playable SCP classes in SCP: Secret Laboratory. <br>
SCP-106 is an old humanoid entity with the powers of teleportation and ability to phase through matter. The Pocket Dimension is a dimension entirely controlled by SCP-106 that it uses to torture and kill its prey. <br>
SCP-106 acts as a playable tank SCP, capable of taking many shots due to his bullet resistance, but is extremely weak to other sources of damage.
__TOC__
In Game
SCP-106 spawns in Heavy Containment Zone outside its Containment Chamber, apparently stuck at the bottom of a pit as there are no visible exits but a locked door which requires a keycard with . However, 106's unique ability to walk through closed doors allows it to exit via the door and ascend the staircase to enter Heavy Containment.

SCP-106's signature passive ability, the ability to walk through doors, allows 106 to access any room in the facility, suffering only from a slight decrease of speed whilst walking through the door. This allows 106 to deal with campers, either by attacking everyone in the room or flushing them out, forcing them into other SCPs. SCP-106 can also walk through glass windows.

SCP-106's second passive ability is damage resistance. SCP-106 takes reduced damage from almost all forms of weaponry, reducing almost all damage taken to a measly 2 damage per hit except for the Micro-HID, which deals normal damage on 106. This ability makes 106 the tankiest SCP in the game, despite having almost a fifth of SCP-173's HP.

On top of all this, SCP-106 also has the ability to teleport to portals placed by him. Pressing Tab brings up a menu displaying two options; one with a portal with a small plus symbol above it and one with a portal with two arrows coming out of it. The first option places a portal directly beneath 106. This portal will remain in this position for the whole game until 106 places another portal. The second option causes 106 to sink into the ground, instantly climbing back up at the position of the portal.
One will have to Leftclick on an option to pick it.

style="text-align:center; font-size:15px;"|Icon
style="text-align:center; font-size:15px;"|Meaning
style="text-align:center; font-size:13px;" |
style="text-align:center; font-size:13px;" |Place a portal
style="text-align:center; font-size:13px;background-color: #2e2e2e;" |
style="text-align:center; font-size:13px;background-color: #2e2e2e;" | Teleport to the created portal

SCP-106 also has a unique attack. Upon pressing Leftclick on a target, they will be taken to the Pocket Dimension, a small room with 8 exits. 6 of these will kill anyone who walks into them instantly. Two will allow the victim to escape, spawning them outside 106's chamber. SCP-106 has a cooldown of 2 seconds for his attack, which will only activate on successful hits.

SCP-106 can talk to the other SCPs by holding down the Q key. This voice chat can be heard by all SCPs no matter the distance.

When SCP-106 reaches zero HP, an animation will play of him sinking into the ground.

Femur Breaker
SCP-106, despite his abilities, is not without his weaknesses. <br>

SCP-106's greatest weakness is the Femur Breaker, which is a containment method unique to him. If a human has a keycard and another human as a sacrifice, they can enter 106's observation room and can use the Femur Breaker. Upon being used, the Femur Breaker will sound throughout the facility for about 18 seconds. Afterwards, SCP-106 sinks into the ground and is removed from the game.<br>

MTF will not be given Respawn Tickets from SCP-106 being recontained via Femur Breaker due to the fact it despawns SCP-106 instead of dealing lethal damage.
<br clear=all>

Pocket Dimension
The Pocket Dimension is a place where players caught by SCP-106 end up. Players lose 40 HP upon entering and cannot sprint. Their HP decays overtime. The decay rate also speeds up as time passes. There are multiple hallways around the room. Walking down the incorrect hall instantly kills the player. If the correct hallway is picked, the player will spawn in a random room in the zone they were captured in. SCP-106's room, SCP-096's room, Tesla Gate, and Gate A/B are excluded. Allowing them to either leave or if they have a Keycard they can open SCP-106's door and recontain him if someone else gets in the Femur Breaker. A common tactic is to drop an item before going down a hallway to mark it. Allowing people to know which is the correct path. Despite popular belief, there is no pattern to easily escape the Pocket Dimension, the correct exit is chosen by pure RNG.

Server Config
There are multiple config options for the Pocket Dimension that server owners can use. With these options server owners can make it so that items and bodies despawn in the Pocket Dimension after awhile. They can also make it so that the exit changes after Decontamination Process, or even have the exit randomize each time someone escapes; meaning that marking a hallway is useless. <br>
Another option controls how many exits can there be in the Pocket Dimension at once, by default this is two.
<br clear=all>

Strengths & Weaknesses
<br>
Strengths:
*Only takes a 1/10 of damage from bullets, making guns far less effective against it.
*Can access any room in the facility.
*Moderate speed and ability to walk through doors makes it difficult to escape.
*Can travel great distances with teleportation.
*Can kill/displace humans with its attack.
*Can instantly kill people after the nuke has gone off.
<br>

Weaknesses:
*Femur Breaker, as it quickly removes SCP-106 from the game, taking very little time to grab one of the three keycards that can open his door.
*Due to low HP, it can be easily recontained by the Micro-HID, Tesla Gates and Grenades.
*Has a cooldown on its attack, making it harder to hit enemies.
*Humans can escape SCP-106's Pocket Dimension and will spawn in a random room in the zone they were captured in.
*106's loud footsteps can indicate its presence from a great distance away.
<br>

Related Achievements
Escaping the Pocket Dimension grants the Larry Is Your Friend! achievement. <br>
Recontaining SCP-106 grants the Secure. Contain. Protect. achievement.
multi-listen end

Trivia
*SCP-106 was the first SCP to get a complete visual rework, with a new model and animations.
**SCP-106's old model looked a lot like the model used for SCP-049-2, except for the fact that it was taller, more greyish and completely naked.
* SCP-106 does not have a normal ragdoll upon dying. Instead, upon being killed by the Femur breaker or his HP reaches 0, he will open a portal to his Pocket Dimension and sink into it, creating a large black puddle. This puddle will then remain in place of his body for the rest of the match. Thus, similar to SCP-096 or SCP-079, they do not die.
